Cost of Postage and Packaging
Delivery to the UK is £4.95 and £10.95 for EU countries. The price is per order, not per item.
Delivery Times and Receipt of Goods
As we are able to keep most of our products in stock, we aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, this is not always possible so please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays.
Your order will be dispatched when every item is available.
Our carriers deliver between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Kitchen Goddess values your security. To safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, please supply an alternative delivery address eg at your work or with a neighbour.
If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our carrier will leave a card with details of what you need to do.
We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but, to avoid confusion, please inform them in advance that a parcel from Kitchen Goddess is going to be delivered. Please note: The value of the goods does not appear with a gift.
