Q1. Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering at www.kitchengoddess.co.uk?
A. Yes. To use your credit/debit card securely you will be transferred to a secure site. The secure site is hosted and operated by our bankers HSBC, one of the largest banking organisations. HSBC will undertake the card transaction on our behalf. Your personal details are securely held by HSBC and at no stage will your card details ever be divulged to us.

Q3. Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
A. Yes. As well as the UK we deliver to EU countries. Delivery to EU countries costs £10.95. If you are outside of these areas please contact us at customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk or telephone +44 845 130 3169.

Q5. At what time will you deliver?
A. Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm. If you know you are not likely to be available to sign for your package please arrange to have delivery made to work or with a neighbour.
Q6. Where's my order?
A. Please allow up to 7 days for your delivery. If you are concerned about your order please email us at customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk so we can find out what has happened. Please note: Your order will be dispatched when every item is available. We will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched.
Q7. I have ordered more than one item, when should I expect to receive them?
A. Your order will be dispatched when every item is available. The dispatch time will be that of the item with the longest availability. We will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched.
Q8. I want to place an order for a gift. Will the value of the goods appear on the gift?
A. No. We do recommend that you inform your friend that they should expect a parcel from Kitchen Goddess to avoid any confusion with delivery.
Q9. Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
A. Yes. Please click on the Goddess Gift on the home page for more information. You will be given the option to have your items gift-wrapped at the checkout.
Q10. Can I get receipt for my order?
A. Yes. Please email customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk quoting your details and we will post a receipt to you.
Q11. How do I cancel my order?
A. Email customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk immediately. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to follow our Returns & Refunds instructions.
