General Information
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro/Switch, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Solo.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully
Availability
As we are able to keep most of our products in stock, we aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, this is not always possible so please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. You will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays. Please note that your order will be dispatched when every item is available. In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by emailing customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk immediately. This must be done within one hour of placing the order. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and arrangements may have been made for it to be sent out to you. In this case, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions within Returns & Refunds.
Amending your Order
If you wish to make any other changes to the order, such as delivery address or quantity of goods, please email customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk within one hour of placing the order.
Your Account
To view your order history, please click on 'My account' on the home page.
Dispatch Confirmation
We will email you when your order has been dispatched. The email will tell you when to expect delivery, who the carrier is and provide relevant contact details. Please keep this email as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence.
Receipt
If you require a receipt for your purchase, please contact customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk and we will be happy to post one out to you.
