Ingredients

Main Ingredients
 4 Salmon Fillets (200g each)
 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
 1 Head of Broccoli
 2 Zucchini (Courgette)
 1 Bunch of Asparagus
 100g Thin Green Beans
 4 Tbsp Roasted Cashew
 2 Dorot Crushed Garlic Cube
 2 Dorot Crushed Ginger Cubes
 1 Tbsp Honey
 Salt & Pepper

Method


Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Season with salt & pepper and place in the oven (180°) for 10 minutes

Chop the broccoli into small pieces (without the root) and the zucchini into small strips

Using a peeler, peel the asparagus

Blanch the broccoli, zucchini, asparagus and green beans in hot water, salted with ½ tsp salt for 5 minutes. When ready, drain and cool in icy water to prevent further cooking

Add the olive oil to a large frying pan or wok. Add the vegetables, Dorot Crushed Garlic & Ginger cubes, honey and cashews

Season with salt and pepper and mix well

Arrange the vegetables on plates and place a salmon fillet on each bed of vegetables and serve
