Chocolate Cupcakes with a TABASCO® twist!

150g Caster Sugar
100g Self Raising flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g icing sugar, sifted
50g cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons water
100g TABASCO® cheese, grated

Place the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and blend together using either an electric whisk or a wooden spoon.
Once blended together sieve the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder together and gently fold into the cream mixture using a metal spoon.
Divide the mixture into cake cases and bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25mins.
Whilst the cupcakes are baking blend together the icing sugar cocoa powder and butter adding water to achieve the correct consistency for piping. Add the finely grated TABASCO® cheese and blend together well.
Once the cupcakes have cooled decorate the tops of the cupcakes using the TABASCO® cheese and chocolate icing.
