 1 bag Tortilla chips – lightly salted
 1 jar of barbecue sauce
 1 small carton of soured cream
 200g TABASCO® cheese – grated

Method


Place a generous portion of Tortilla chips onto a deep plate.

Cover with barbecue sauce and grated TABASCO® Cheese and continue to layer to form a nacho stack.

Cover with remaining TABASCO® Cheese and place under a hot grill until the cheese has melted.

Serve immediately with Soured Cream.
