Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email customerservices@kitchengoddess.co.uk immediately.
To Return Goods you are not Delighted With
If you wish to return goods that you are not delighted with for a refund, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Then return your product (enclosing a note with your details and the reason why you are returning) in its original condition and packaging to the returns address below. Please note that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage. Goods are returned at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund the value of the returned item less delivery costs, providing the goods are in perfect condition. Goods must be returned within 7days.
We are unable to refund gift-wrapping charges and cannot accept them as a return. If you have received your items as a gift, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of your original gift.
Faulty Goods
If the item is faulty, please return your product (enclosing a note with your details and details of the fault) in its original condition and packaging. We will refund any return postage costs, however, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package be lost.
